I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. They made a clear spelling error on my product, even though I provided the correct design from the start. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused to issue any refund or provide a corrected product, which is completely unprofessional. When I spoke with the manager over the phone, they actually suggested I “use a marker to fix the mistake” which is unacceptable for a professional printing service. To make matters worse, they pretended not to speak English to avoid accountability, despite working with overseas clients. This entire process has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disrespectful. Shame on this company for their lack of responsibility and poor customer service. I will never do business with them again, and I strongly caution others to stay away to avoid similar issues.
